All our products are fulfilled by Amazon or NOON. Amazon or NOON will ship the products from their warehouse (in KSA or UAE) directly to end customers. Customers do not need to wait for long delivery time from other countries. We ship the product in advance to Amazon and NOON warehouse in KSA / UAE. Subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon or NOON, customers may get free delivery (e.g. PRIME member from Amazon).

If customers are not satisfied with the product, simply return back to Amazon or NOON, and get refund direct from platform.

We are doing our best to ensure quality. In general, we offer 90 days warranty for all our products purchase from Amazon or NOON. We accept return and full refund via Amazon and NOON.
